Our new Communications Team Manager role has been created to give us the capacity we need to deliver the best possible service to our existing rapidly expanding client base.
Whilst social-media led, we provide a holistic marketing service, working as a team sharing expertise to generate creative, impactful multi-channel campaigns that build brand awareness. We support a wide variety of clients, including private and public-sector organisations and charities, from small owner-managed firms to larger businesses. Therefore, to be successful in this new role, you will have a track record using your creative flair to develop attention grabbing content for a wide variety of industry sectors, adapting your tone and approach for different audiences and varying budgets.
Above all, this newly created role is focused on two key areas: proactively managing and further developing our portfolio of existing clients, and growing and developing your team. You’ll need to be able to flex between being strategic and forward-looking, supporting clients to shape their longer term marketing plans, and delivering immediate, impactful tactical campaigns with a real wow factor that get results. Your consultative approach will enable you to maximise repeat business and work more strategically with clients. You will combine hands-on delivery with delegating to team members, providing insightful guidance and coaching.
This means that in addition to relevant marketing-related qualifications and experience across varied industries, you will also have gained some leadership skills whether through a formal management role or as a senior team member with responsibility for supporting and developing others.
Whether your background is predominantly as a marketing generalist, PR specialist or content marketer, you will have experience of integrating social media into your communications campaigns. We value the different expertise that each team member brings to the business and work together to share our knowledge and add value to our clients. Our team members thrive on communicating! We want you to help us put the “social” back into social media, focusing on starting conversations and building connections between people and communities, rather than automating activity. Your confident, friendly personality and inclusive approach will help you to connect with people from a variety of backgrounds.
Naturally Social also helps small businesses and in-house teams to improve their own social media capabilities, so any experience of delivering coaching sessions, workshops or training courses would be advantageous.
Being people-focused, we understand that flexibility and inclusivity are important and want to create an environment where everyone can excel. We’re open to a conversation about the working arrangements that would help you. We can operate 30 hours over 4 full days or five shorter days. The role is predominantly office based, but we’re open to some homeworking, providing that you can be onsite on Fridays.
